First Sunday Meeting in Azogues



Yesterday was an exciting day for our church. We have been working with a group from the nearby town of Azogues for over a year now- they have had an active home church, and when it grew to around 40 people we began looking for a location to start Sunday services. As you can see in this slide show, there is an enthusiastic core group who worked very hard to prepare the building, and they were rewarded with lots of new visitors! There were over 100 in attendance, and we are looking forward to seeing much growth. Boris Ordoñez and Raúl Bonifaz will lead the new church.

Once more, God
is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

Hello folks. It was nice to bump into your blog today. I received a forward from here linking to World Missions 101. Anyway, I see you are relatively new to blogging? What a great tool for missionaries it can be. Did you know you can simply email a post to your blog and it will publish automatically.
